Promotional Code
Eligible customers may apply the following code at checkout. The code requires a 12-month minimum-term contract and is not available on our Alt+F4 Anytime™ 30-day rolling plan. It cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount, or with referral credit on the same line.
- FF12 - £5 off the standard monthly price of your chosen Freedom Fibre tier for 12 consecutive months from service activation.
Eligible Tiers
This offer applies only to new orders on the following Olilo Freedom Fibre tiers, where the order is delivered over the Freedom Fibre network:
- Freedom Fibre 900 Mbps Symmetric - £36/mo standard
- Freedom Fibre 2.3 Gbps Symmetric - £56/mo standard
Orders on any other Olilo network or tier (including but not limited to Openreach, CityFibre, MS3, Trooli, Gigaclear, and the forthcoming Freedom Fibre 5 Gbps tier) are not eligible for this offer.
Eligibility Requirements
- 12-month minimum-term contract required. This offer is not available on our Alt+F4 Anytime™ 30-day rolling plan.
- New Olilo customers only. Not available to existing Olilo customers, or to customers who have cancelled an Olilo service within the last 6 months.
- Limited to one promotional offer per household and per installation address.
- Customer must remain on the service for a minimum of 12 months from activation to retain the promotional discount in full. See Early Termination below.
Early Termination
- If you cancel within 12 months of activation, the promotional discount received will be repayable, calculated as £5 × the number of full months on promotional pricing.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the promotional clawback above is in addition to any standard early termination charges that apply under Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions.
General Conditions
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
- Olilo reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request supporting information.
- Olilo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to order confirmation, or to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
- Standard terms and conditions apply to all services.
- Standard pricing during and after the promotional period is governed by Section 21 of our Terms & Conditions - no mid-contract price increases, with advance notice and a penalty-free exit if standard pricing ever changes.
