London, 23 February 2026 - Olilo today announced it is reducing prices across every Openreach broadband plan, effective 1 April 2026. Existing customers will move to the lower prices automatically.
From 1 April 2026, the new pricing applies to every plan on the Olilo Openreach network - 30-day rolling, 12-month, and a newly-launched 24-month tier. The 24-month price point is being introduced as a trial and may be removed in future depending on demand.
Existing customers do not need to do anything. Bills from April onwards will automatically reflect the reduced price. There is no re-contracting, no new sign-up flow, and no “new customers only” carve-out.
We know this is unusual for UK broadband. We also know plenty of people were waiting for better Openreach pricing before ordering. When wholesale costs come down, the customer should feel it first - not last, and not only if they happen to be new.
That principle is why the reductions are automatic, the savings apply to existing accounts, and we’re publishing the full new price list rather than hiding it behind a checkout flow.
