We've got an announcement for 1st April. After reviewing our Openreach wholesale costs, we've made a decision. And we're genuinely sorry if this causes any inconvenience to your bank account.
We're reducing our prices.
Yes. Reducing.
From 1st April, the new lower pricing will apply automatically across our Openreach plans.
Already in contract?
Your bill will also be reduced automatically.
Old prices crossed out. New prices bold. Existing customers move across automatically with no action needed.
* Subject to availability on the Zen network.
24 month contracts are a trial run and may be removed in future depending on demand.
We know this is unusual, especially for UK broadband. We also know plenty of you were waiting for better Openreach pricing before ordering. Here it is.
Nothing. Your next bill from April onwards will reflect the new price automatically.
If you'd prefer to stay on your current pricing (why would you?), drop us a note and we'll sort it.
Goes live on April 1st - but orders placed today get booked in and switched over to the new pricing automatically.
Check availabilityAgain, apologies for the unexpected reduction.

For legal reasons, this is not a joke.
