We're really sorry…

We've got an announcement for 1st April. After reviewing our Openreach wholesale costs, we've made a decision. And we're genuinely sorry if this causes any inconvenience to your bank account.

Published: 23 February 2026
Effective: 1 April 2026
No action required for existing customers

We're reducing our prices.

Yes. Reducing.

From 1st April, the new lower pricing will apply automatically across our Openreach plans.

Already in contract?

Your bill will also be reduced automatically.

  • No re-contracting.
  • No "new customers only" BS.
  • No fine print surprises.
New monthly pricing

Why we're doing this

If our costs improve, yours should too.

We know this is unusual, especially for UK broadband. We also know plenty of you were waiting for better Openreach pricing before ordering. Here it is.

What you need to do.

Nothing. Your next bill from April onwards will reflect the new price automatically.

If you'd prefer to stay on your current pricing (why would you?), drop us a note and we'll sort it.

Goes live on April 1st - but orders placed today get booked in and switched over to the new pricing automatically.

Check availability

Again, apologies for the unexpected reduction.

- Aydan

For legal reasons, this is not a joke.
