This page sets out every charge that could appear on your Olilo account, in one place. It's written so you don't have to dig through a PDF to work out what something costs. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate of 20%. For the full legal terms behind each charge, see our Terms & Conditions.

1. Plan Prices

1.1. Plan prices are shown in full on the homepage availability checker. Each plan is quoted as a single monthly figure, with an install fee shown separately where applicable.

1.2. We offer three contract options on every plan:

  • Alt+F4 Anytime™ - our rolling monthly contract. Higher monthly price, £80 one-off install fee, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. On Openreach, Trooli, and MS3 only, a £60 Network Partner cessation charge applies if you cease within the first 12 months - see Section 3.
  • 12 month term - reduced monthly price, no install fee, 12-month minimum term.
  • 24 month term - our lowest monthly price, no install fee, 24-month minimum term.

1.3. The price on the card is the price on the bill. We do not use introductory pricing that doubles in month 13 or 25.

2. Install Fees

2.1. Install fees are charged on your first bill alongside any pro-rata amount for your first billing period.

3. Additional Charges

3.1. The following charges may be added to your account if and when they are incurred. These are the only fees beyond your monthly plan price.

Charged by our Network Partner and passed through at cost with no markup.

3.2. All additional charges include VAT at the applicable rate.

3.3. We reserve the right to amend these charges with 30 days' notice.

4. Early Termination Charges

4.1. If you cancel a fixed-term contract (12 or 24 month) before the minimum term ends, an early termination charge (ETC) applies. The ETC is calculated as:

ETC = Remaining months on minimum term × Monthly plan price

4.2. No early termination charge applies to our Alt+F4 Anytime™ rolling monthly contract. Note: where your service is delivered over an Openreach, Trooli, or MS3 network, you joined on a 30-day rolling plan from the outset, and you cease service (or move home) within the first 12 months of your service start date, a £60.00 cessation charge applies - this is levied by our Network Partner and passed through at cost with no markup (see Section 3 and Terms & Conditions Section 12.1). It does not apply if you have been on a rolling plan for 12 months or more, if you moved to rolling after completing a Minimum Term, or if your service is on a CityFibre or Freedom Fibre network.

4.3. The 14-day cooling-off period starts from the moment you place your order, not from when your service goes live. If you cancel during those 14 days, no early termination charge applies. If installation has already started or completed by the time you cancel, you may be liable for the install costs incurred - but never for an ETC. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions, section 13.

4.4. No ETC applies where you are terminating because (a) we have changed pricing under Section 21 of the Terms and you've chosen not to accept it, (b) we have made a material change to the Terms under Section 16 and you've chosen not to accept it, or (c) your access speed has persistently fallen below your Minimum Guaranteed Access Speed (MGAS) and we have been unable to resolve it within 30 days of your notification (Section 4.6 of the Terms).

5. Pricing After Your Minimum Term

5.1. Your monthly plan price is fixed for the length of your minimum term. We do not apply mid-contract price increases - no inflation bumps, no annual rises, no “CPI + whatever we fancy”.

5.2. At the end of a minimum term, we may review pricing in line with the Terms & Conditions. If we increase a price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel penalty-free if you do not accept.

5.3. Rolling (Alt+F4 Anytime™) customers will always be given at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

6. Optional Extras

6.1. A handful of optional add-ons are available on top of any plan. These are billed monthly alongside your plan price unless otherwise stated.

7. Billing and Payment

7.1. Your monthly plan price is billed in advance by Direct Debit, on the same day each month.

7.2. Your first bill may include a pro-rata amount from your activation date to the end of your first billing period, plus any install fee and first monthly charge.

7.3. If a Direct Debit payment fails, we will attempt to take payment again before applying the £12 failed payment fee in section 3. We will always contact you first.
