We actually care.

Born from frustration with traditional ISPs, we're building the internet service provider that actually gives a shit about its customers.

Our mission.

To provide lightning-fast, reliable internet service with transparent pricing, exceptional support, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. We're not just another ISP - we're the ISP that actually understands technology and cares about your experience.

No hidden fees
Responsive support
IPv6 native
Transparent pricing

What we stand for.

Four principles we actually live by, not marketing fluff for a slide deck.

Customer first

We put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Your satisfaction is our success.

Transparency

No hidden fees. No surprises. We show you exactly what you're paying for and why.

Innovation

We're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in UK telecommunications.

Community

We're building more than a network - we're building a community of tech enthusiasts.

Our story.

Olilo was born from frustration. Frustration with ISPs that don't understand their own technology. Frustration with hidden fees and poor customer service. Frustration with companies that treat customers like line items rather than people.

We started with a simple question: “what if an ISP actually gave a shit about its customers?” From that question came a mission to build something different - an internet service provider that combines technical excellence with genuine customer care.

Today, we're proud to serve customers who appreciate the difference. We're not perfect, but we're honest, transparent, and genuinely committed to making your internet experience better.

Why we're different.

  • Our support team actually understands the technology
  • No hidden fees or surprise charges
  • Built by engineers, for engineers (and everyone else)
  • Transparent about what we can and can't do

Our journey.

Short so far. But every chapter has mattered.

Liam Mulryan

Liam Mulryan

Founder & CEO

Yo, I'm Liam - Olilo's head honcho and anarchist of the airwaves. Built this ISP on caffeine, chaos, and a deep hatred of contracts. If your internet's sloppy, I'll torch the rulebook, upload the ashes at 2300 Mbps, and call it a day.

Aydan Abrahams

Aydan Abrahams

Co-Founder & COO

Hey, I'm Aydan. I keep things moving, make sure the ride stays smooth, and keep the crew locked in. If Olilo was Mario Kart, I'd be the one quietly nailing the drifts so nobody even notices the chaos behind the track.

Jaden Fyfe

Jaden Fyfe

CTO

I've spent years working in director-level roles, getting hands-on with everything from network design to running data centres. Now I've joined Olilo as CTO, where I'm leading the charge on all things tech - setting the strategy, shaping the future, and yes, making sure the lights stay on.

Mark Preston

Mark Preston

Chief Growth Officer

Hi, I'm Mark - the grandad of the team. With two and a half decades growing and scaling businesses, I leave the techie stuff to the others and focus on the marketing and growth of Olilo, making sure we never lose sight of our why.

Ollie Mallard

Ollie Mallard

Head of Strategy Ops

Hey, I'm Ollie - Head of Strategy Ops. PC gamer (MnK only - aim assist is cheating) and Golden Retriever wrangler to my dog, Huxley. When I'm not doing those things, I'm probably hunting for snacks or starting another house project that will never get finished.

James Lalor

James Lalor

Head of Comms & Dev Lead

Hey, I'm JD (or James) - full-stack engineer, systems nerd, and fixer-of-things. I wrangle code, smooth out infrastructure, and usually have a script, workaround, or sarcastic comment ready. When I'm not doing that, I'm probably modding Minecraft into a tech utopia.

Kieran Breeze

Kieran Breeze

Head of Customer Success

Hi, I'm Kieran - an infrastructure and network engineer with a passion for development and problem solving. When I'm not diving into tech challenges, you'll find me on the rugby pitch, spending time with my two energetic spaniels, or enjoying a slice or 20 of Domino's pizza.
