I just switched. How long until my line goes live?

Most switches complete within 10 working days from order. You'll get a confirmed go-live date by email, and we'll notify you on the day the line activates.

My speed is lower than expected. What should I check first?

Run a wired test against speedtest.olilo.co.uk first - Wi-Fi almost always loses speed. If a wired test is still slow, reboot your router and check the status page. If it's still off, email support with the time and test result.

Can I get a static IPv4 and IPv6 block?

You already have them. Every Olilo plan ships with a public static IPv4 and a /48 IPv6 prefix by default, with custom rDNS available on request.

I want to use my own router. How?

We give you PPPoE or DHCP credentials (depending on the network) when your line goes live. Plug them into any router that supports the relevant auth - OpenWrt, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or enterprise gear - and you're away.

Do you offer BGP sessions or BYOIP?

Yes. BGP and BYOIP are available on request today, with self-serve configuration coming soon. Email support and we'll get a session up.
