We got sick of renting our own internet. Tired of reading contracts to work out what we were actually buying. Fed up with support scripts and CGNAT and marketing speak. So we wrote it down - what we believe, and what we refuse to do. This is it.
This is your internet.
Unf**ked. Unlocked. Unapologetic.
These aren't aspirations. They're commitments. If we ever walk them back, you're allowed to hold it against us.
It should just work. No contracts that outlive relationships, no "fair usage" that isn't, no throttling when you actually use the thing you pay for. Your line, your rules.
Public IPv4. A /48 of IPv6. Custom rDNS. You shouldn't have to pay extra to host from home, run a VPN, or expose a Pi to the internet.
Carrier-grade NAT is a cost-cutting hack that breaks the internet for anyone who does more than stream Netflix. We route you directly, like the internet was meant to work.
We don't want to be in the CPE business. Use enterprise gear, use OpenWrt, use a box you built in a shed. We'll give you the credentials and get out of the way.
One price. Install fee if applicable. VAT included. The price on the card is the price on the bill. No "introductory offer" that doubles in month 13.
Our first line already knows what a TTL is. If you want to talk BGP or PPPoE auth or MTU, we'll meet you there. No tier-one scripts, no "have you tried restarting the router."
Real-time graphs. Public peering policy. Honest status pages. When something breaks, we tell you what broke and why - not "we're aware of an issue affecting some users."
We're not here to get acquired, sunset the product, and disappear into a spreadsheet. We're here to run a good ISP for people who care about the internet.
If you ever catch us breaking any of this - quietly adding CGNAT, sneaking a price hike into renewal, dodging a question on a status page - call it out. Shout at us on Discord, email Liam directly, file an issue. We'd rather be corrected than ignored.
See if we're in your area and switch today.
