Promotional Pricing

£40 per month for the first 12 months (standard price at time of offer: £56 per month)

After the initial 12-month period, the service will revert to the then-current standard monthly price, which may differ from £56 if our standard pricing has changed by then. We do not apply mid-contract price increases - any change to standard pricing is governed by Section 21 of our Terms & Conditions, and we will give you advance notice and a penalty-free exit if it ever happens.

Promotional Reward

Customers must choose one of the following rewards at the time of order:

Option A: £75 Gift Card - Delivered within 30 days of first bill payment
Option B: £100 Bill Credit - Applied to your account as a one-time credit within 30 days of first bill payment

New Freedom Fibre customers only - This offer is exclusively for customers who are new to the Freedom Fibre network
No existing Freedom Fibre connections - Customers who currently have or previously had service from any provider on the Freedom Fibre network (including but not limited to other ISPs using Freedom Fibre infrastructure) are not eligible
Not available to existing Olilo customers or those who have cancelled within the last 6 months
Limited to one promotional offer per household/address
Service must be activated by 28 February 2026
Customer must remain on the service for a minimum of 12 months to retain promotional benefits

If you cancel your service before completing 12 months, you will be required to repay the promotional discount received (calculated as £16 per month × number of months on promotional pricing). This represents the difference between the promotional price and the standard price at the time of the offer.
Any unused bill credits will be forfeited
Gift cards already issued will not need to be returned, but you will be required to repay the full £75 gift card value in addition to any promotional discount repayment.

Gift cards will be issued via email within 30 days of your first bill payment
Gift card options: Steam, Amazon, Xbox, or PlayStation (customer choice at time of order)
Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

Bill credit will be applied as a one-time £100 credit to your account within 30 days of your first bill payment
The credit will be automatically applied to your next invoice(s) until fully used
If your monthly bill is less than the remaining credit, the balance will carry forward to subsequent months
Bill credits cannot be redeemed for cash
Unused credits will be forfeited if you cancel or downgrade your service before the credit is fully used

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts
Olilo reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request proof of address or identity
Olilo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to order confirmation, or refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
